As part of our continued growth as Denmark's only HubSpot Elite Partner, we are seeking a highly motivated Associate HubSpot Specialist to join our HubSpot Center of Excellence in Copenhagen or Aarhus. You’ll kick-start your career working with one of the most powerful CRM platforms on the market, supporting strategists in building and scaling world-class B2B marketing and sales setups

The role of Associate HubSpot Specialist

This is an entry-level position where you’ll get hands-on experience across HubSpot CRM, Marketing, Sales, Service, and Data Hubs. You’ll become part of our dedicated HubSpot team and learn how to implement, optimize, and manage client portals while contributing to growth strategies that create measurable results for B2B companies.

What will you be doing in this role?

  • We believe that the best growth comes through experience and responsibility. As a result of this, once you have been properly onboarded, you will quickly start running your own portfolio of projects with assistance from senior specialists, client strategist and project sponsors.
    • This includes elements of both direct client communication, project management and technical configuration tasks.
    • A key element of your role will also be assisting our HubSpot Specialists and Senior HubSpot Specialists in onboarding new clients and contributing to configuring the system based on their briefing.
  • Helping build and maintain workflows, dashboards, and automation that support lead generation and customer success.
  • Supporting troubleshooting, testing, and documenting HubSpot solutions.
  • Working closely with strategists, tech specialists and our content team to align HubSpot portals with broader marketing strategies.
  • Staying curious and keep learning by exploring new HubSpot features and best practices, taking HubSpot certifications and attending HubSpot events.

Hard requirements for the role: 

  • You must hold a valid work permit in Denmark to apply for this role. Applicants without this requirement will not be considered.
    • While we offer partial remote work, we expect the majority of work to be conducted from either our Copenhagen or Aarhus office.
  • Full fluency in English is a requirement (proficiency in Danish is an advantage, but not a requirement).

What we are looking for in this role:

  • You should be a recent graduate in marketing, international business, management, communication, IT, data science or similar, or have 1-2 years of work experience from a relevant job. Experience with HubSpot is not a requirement. 
  • Confidence, drive and passion for working in a high-paced environment with plenty of room to grow quickly.
  • Bandwidth to balance multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • People and communication skills usable in client management.
  • A genuine interest in CRM systems, marketing and sales technology and growth strategies.
  • Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive, curious, and collaborative mindset.
