As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Associate Paid Search Specialist to join our vibrant Copenhagen office. You will play a key role in planning, executing and optimizing paid search campaigns for our B2B clients. You will work closely with our strategist and specialists to ensure we reach the right audiences with the right messages at the right time.
The role of Associate Paid Search Specialist
This is an entry-level position where you'll get hands-on experience with search engine advertising and performance marketing. You'll become part of our Search & Social team and learn how to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns that drive measurable results for B2B companies. You'll work with strategist, content & tech specialists.
What will you be doing in this role?
- Analyze clients' performance to help our strategists and clients understand what creates positive results based on their marketing objectives.
- Conduct thorough research, including keyword analysis, search behaviour, use prediction tools, and market and competitor insights to advise on marketing strategies.
- Set up and manage Search, YouTube & Display campaigns on Google and Bing. Based on performance data, capture demand and deliver high-quality leads for our B2B clients.
- Ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly, with a constant eye on performance. Continuously test and optimize campaigns based on performance data to deliver high-quality leads to our clients.
- Participate in planning and ideation of planning and reporting meetings internally and with clients.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- You should be a recent graduate in marketing, international business, management, communication, IT, data science or similar, with 1-2 years of hands-on, in-platform experience within a Paid Search position.
- Fluency in Danish and English.
- Data-driven & a problem-solving mindset.
- To be eager to learn how B2B companies attract, convert, and retain customers through search.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a structured way.
- Self-starter, highly motivated, positive demeanor, excellent communicator, and able to juggle multiple assignments simultaneously.
