Do you want to take the lead on some of the most complex HubSpot projects in the Nordics – and help shape the way a fast-growing Elite Partner delivers them? At Helion B2B, we don’t just build CRMs. We architect sophisticated, HubSpot-powered growth engines for ambitious B2B companies across Europe. The platform is changing fast – AI is reshaping what HubSpot can do, and clean, well-structured data is becoming the foundation everything else is built on. We need a Senior HubSpot Specialist who can keep up with all of it: own complex client relationships, drive technical delivery, and raise the bar for how our team works.

You’ll be part of our HubSpot Center of Excellence – a dedicated team focused entirely on HubSpot strategy, implementation, and platform management. As a senior hire, you’ll take on our most complex projects, mentor less experienced specialists, and play a real role in building how we work.

The Role

As a Senior HubSpot Specialist, you’re the person clients trust to get it right – technically, strategically, and commercially. You’ll own a portfolio of clients from onboarding through to long-term retainer, ensuring their HubSpot environments are built well, running smoothly, and genuinely moving the needle for their business.

You’ll also work closely with our HubSpot Lead and the broader Helion team – contributing to how we scope and price projects, developing our service offerings, and helping junior specialists grow. This is a role with real weight and real room to grow.

What you'll be doing

  • Client Ownership: Managing your own portfolio of clients end-to-end – from initial onboarding through ongoing retainer work. You’re the main point of contact and the person responsible for quality.
  • HubSpot Implementation: Leading complex onboarding and implementation projects across Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations Hubs. This means deep-diving into a client’s business, mapping their tech stack, and building a HubSpot setup that actually fits how they work.
  • Platform Management & Optimisation: Continuously developing client portals over time –  improving automations, refining reporting, and staying ahead of platform changes so clients always get value from their investment.
  • Technical Architecture: Working with clients and internal stakeholders to make the right technical decisions – including integrations with ERPs, data tools, and surrounding martech. You know when native HubSpot is enough and when it isn’t.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: HubSpot often sits at the centre of a broader Helion engagement. You’ll collaborate with our strategists, performance, and content teams to make sure the tech enables the strategy – not the other way around.
  • Internal Contribution: Contributing to how we work – standardising delivery, developing service offerings, mentoring junior team members, and bringing ideas for how we can do things better.
  • AI & Innovation: Staying ahead of how AI is reshaping what’s possible in HubSpot – including Breeze AI and AI-native tools in the HubSpot ecosystem. You’ll advise clients on what’s genuinely useful, help them get more from the tools they’re already paying for, and find ways to use AI to sharpen the quality and speed of our own delivery.
  • Data Strategy: Helping clients understand why clean, consolidated data isn’t just a nice-to-have anymore. As AI features become increasingly dependent on the quality and structure of CRM data, you’ll guide clients on how to set up HubSpot as a reliable single source of truth – and what that means practically for how they manage contacts, properties, and integrations.
  • Triage & Prioritisation: Managing incoming requests from clients, pushing back where needed, and helping them understand what’s worth building and what isn’t.

Who you are

We’re looking for someone who has done this before – not just technically, but as a
trusted advisor to clients. You’re comfortable leading a room, diagnosing a messy
HubSpot portal, and translating both into clear next steps.

  • Experience: 4+ years of full-time HubSpot experience, ideally in an agency or consultancy setting. You’ve run onboarding projects solo, managed retainer clients, and built out complex automations and integrations.
  • Technical depth: You know your way around all the major Hubs, understand how data flows through HubSpot, and can make solid architectural decisions about when and how to integrate with external systems. Proficiency in HTML, HuBL, HubDB, or APIs is a plus. Proficiency with vibe coding, agentic prompting, building and configuring AI agents, or working with LLM APIs to extend what HubSpot can do natively is a significant plus.
  • Business acumen: You understand that HubSpot is a means to an end.  You’re as comfortable talking about pipeline health and lead generation strategy as you are about workflow logic.
  • Client communication: You’re confident presenting technical solutions, running training sessions, and challenging a client when you know there’s a better way – all without losing their trust.
  • Independent and proactive: You don’t wait to be told what to do. When you hit a wall, you research, test, and come back with a solution.
  • Curious about AI: You’re keeping up with how AI is changing the HubSpot platform and the broader B2B tech landscape. You don’t need to have all the  answers, but you should have opinions – and a genuine interest in figuring out what’s actually useful versus what’s hype.
  • Language: Fully fluent in English. Danish is not required, but is an advantage.

The Setup

You’ll be based at our office in Copenhagen or Aarhus – this is a hybrid role with
regular in-office time. You’ll report to our Head of HubSpot and work closely with the
rest of the HubSpot team, as well as the broader Helion team of strategists and
specialists.

Some of our clients are in Copenhagen and Aarhus, so occasional on-site visits are
part of the job – not a weekly thing, but expected.
