As a Senior HubSpot Specialist at Helion B2B, you’ll be a part of our HubSpot Center of Excellence. You’ll run projects independently, serve as a trusted advisor for your clients, and help raise the bar for how HubSpot is used to deliver business impact in the leading HubSpot agency in your market. At the same time, you’ll plan an important role in mentoring our junior specialists and associates, developing their skills and guiding them in their client work.

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Lead onboarding, implementation, migration and integration projects across all HubSpot hubs (predominantly HubSpot Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, and Data Hub, in that order). 
  • Own a portfolio of clients where you’ll contribute to managing and optimizing HubSpot portals, while consulting on – and challenging – the relevant business strategy and RevOps processes.
  • Translate business needs into HubSpot solution designs, all the way from the high level data architecture and integration mapping to the specific operational process documentation and workflow configuration.
  • Serve as a senior advisor to clients on how HubSpot connects with surrounding tech like ERP systems, performance marketing platforms or integrated systems like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or Zendesk.
  • Be a key contributor in product and process development and the continuous improvement of how we service our clients.
  • Assisting our commercial effort by joining sales pitches as a primary expert in relevant topics as well as contributing to identifying and opening upsell and new biz opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with client strategists, content specialists and our performance marketing team to ensure HubSpot drives measurable business results.

Hard requirements for the role: 

  • You must hold a valid work permit in Denmark to apply for this role. Applicants without this requirement will not be considered.
    • While we offer partial remote work, we expect the majority of work to be conducted from either our Copenhagen or Aarhus office.
  • Full fluency in English is a requirement (proficiency in Danish is an advantage, but not a requirement).

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • HubSpot experience, preferably +3 years in the platform as an admin, product owner or super user. 
    • Agency experience is a significant advantage. 
    • Experience with similar CRM solutions is an advantage. 
    • As a Senior HubSpot Specialist, we expect you to have experience not just as a user of the system, but as an architect, SysAdmin or similar.
  • Deep expertise across multiple Hubs (CRM, Marketing, Sales, Service, Operations) and ability to translate business needs into HubSpot design in the form of workflows, reports, integrations etc. 
  • A background in IT, Business Intelligence, Business Development, Marketing or similar.
  • A proven track record of leading complex projects end-to-end.
  • Strong consulting skills and the ability to challenge clients constructively and communicate complex concepts clearly.
  • Experience with mentoring or coaching colleagues in HubSpot and project management.
  • Business acumen combined with technical expertise; 
    • Technical experience with use cases outside of in-platform configuration, such as custom integration development or coding (HTML, HuBL, HubDB, APIs) is an advantage, not a requirement.
  • Confidence in triaging and prioritizing client requests.
