Experience: Talent and curiosity matter more to us than years on your CV. Show us great work, and we will listen.

You’ll own the visual side of our campaigns

We’re looking for a designer who gets a kick out of making things people stop for. Creative campaigns are the core of our Content team at Helion B2B. We need someone who can decide how a new campaign looks and make sure the idea works visually. Someone who can then turn it into assets that work in the feed, assets that more and more need to move. And someone who enjoys having our creative copywriters and our Head of Content as sparring partners on direction and priorities.

What you’ll make

Your work will show up in LinkedIn feeds, on websites and in our clients’ sales meetings. Expect a mix like this:

  • Motion graphics and short animated ads. This is a big part of the job, and where you get to show off.
  • Key visuals and visual systems that hold a campaign together across formats
  • Single image ads, carousels and document ads
  • Banner ads in all standard sizes for websites and news sites
  • Landing page and email visuals that match the ads

You’ll also design the content behind the campaigns. Think guides, one-pagers, case stories and sales presentations that help clients turn leads into customers.

B2B doesn’t have to look boring

Many B2B ads look the same. Stock photos, blue gradients, a product shot and a logo. We think our clients deserve better, and so do their buyers. You’ll help us prove that a drum motor or a fire safety guide can stop someone mid-scroll.

That means asking questions. Why this format? Why this message? Is there a better way to show it? When a brief is weak, you say so, and you come with a better idea.

How you’ll work

You run your own work. You plan it, prioritize it and deliver it. You’ll team up with our copywriters, strategists and the Performance team, who run the ads you create.

You’ll also talk to clients. You’ll present visual directions, explain your choices and push back when something won’t work. You do it because you want the campaign to succeed, and clients can tell. If you have consulting experience or just enjoy that part, you’ll fit right in.

We’re a small team, so we help each other out. You’ll give honest feedback on a headline. Someone will tell you when a layout doesn’t land. Nobody takes it personally.

Part time now, full time as we grow

The role starts at 20 hours a week. Mondays are fixed, because that’s when the team plans the week. We plan the rest together, around what works for you and the projects. As demand for design grows, we want the role to grow towards full time. You’ll help shape that, because the more value design creates for our clients, the more of it they buy.

Rather stay freelance? We’re open to a steady freelance collaboration with the right person. Tell us how you see it working, for you, for us and for our clients.

You think AI makes design better

We’re not looking for someone who tolerates AI. We want someone who already uses it to explore more directions, produce faster and raise the quality of the final asset.

The tools change every month, and you like that. You try new things, keep what works and share it with the team. Show us how you use AI today, and tell us what you want to try next.

What we’re looking for

Talent and curiosity matter more to us than years on your CV. Show us great work, and we’ll listen.

You’re probably a good fit if you:

  • Are strong in motion design. You can take a static concept and make it move in a way that fits the brand and the format. After Effects is your home turf.
  • Have a portfolio that makes people stop scrolling
  • Are curious about what makes an asset work, and keep testing to make the next one better
  • Work confidently in Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop and AI tools of your choice
  • Can take a brief and deliver without being chased
  • Like explaining your work to clients, not just making it
  • Would rather ask “what if we tried this?” than do what’s always been done
  • Understand that B2B buyers are people too, and that good design gets attention in a LinkedIn feed

Experience with B2B, manufacturing or SaaS clients is a plus. So is knowing how ad platforms crop and display formats.

About Helion B2B

We’re a B2B agency working across content, performance marketing, HubSpot and go-to-market strategy. Our clients include manufacturers, professional services firms and SaaS companies. Many of them have long sales cycles and complex products. Our job is to make them stand out anyway.

We’re curious, direct and we like each other. You’ll get direct access to clients, colleagues who have your back, and room to shape how design works at Helion. Plus good lunches and decent coffee.

Apply for the position

You need to work fluently in both Danish and English.

Start: As soon as possible.

Location: Helion B2B Copenhagen or Aarhus office

We review applications as they come in.

Send your CV, portfolio and a showreel or links to motion work to job@helionb2b.com. Skip the long cover letter. Instead, pick one campaign from your portfolio and tell us in a few lines what you made, what you decided, and how you used AI along the way.

Later in the process, you’ll get a case to work on. That’s where you show us how you think, not just what you’ve made.
