About the role
Search is being rebuilt by AI, and most agencies are pretending it isn't. We're not. We're restructuring our Search & Social team around AI-assisted execution and LLM visibility, and we're looking for someone who wants to make that shift with us instead of waiting to be automated out of a classic SEM seat.
The role has two tracks, today roughly 60/40: Run paid search for B2B clients, and own our technical AEO track (structured data strategy, LLM visibility audits, agentic readiness). As demand shifts your time deliberately shifts toward AEO.
AEO is a discipline that didn’t exist 2 years ago, so we’re not expecting a deep expert. We’re looking for someone with some experience coming from SEM and who wants freedom and a workplace that allows going deeper with AEO.
What you'll do
Paid search
- Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns against client KPIs and budgets
- Drive keyword, market, and competitor analysis and turn it into actionable recommendations
- Build testing frameworks and propose new campaign structures
- Convert search metrics and technical knowledge into business impact & pipeline impact.
- Understand and support our continuous build-out of AI workflows for automation
AEO and LLM visibility (technical and roadmap)
- Own structured data strategy, schema guidance, and agentic readiness
- Run LLM visibility audits and turn them into prioritized client roadmaps
- Track and measure client presence in AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Overviews)
- Collaborate with Content (production) and Tech (implementation). You own the what and why
- Support clients in implementing a clear LLM visibility plan and hold their hand from end to end
Clients and reporting
- Build reports that speak to business goals, not channel metrics
- Support client communication, strategy meetings, and pitches
- Conduct paid search and LLM visibility audits for potential clients
Who you are
- 3+ years hands-on B2B Google Ads. You can build, run, and defend an account structure
- Genuine interest in AEO/LLM visibility with something concrete to show: experiments, schema
- work, audits, or side projects. Expert not required (almost nobody is yet)
- You understand B2B: long sales cycles, pipeline over lead volume
- Comfortable with clients in Danish and English
Nice to have: HubSpot, N8N or similar
