As our new Senior Client Strategist, you will become a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, guiding them from initial growth strategy to high-quality execution.
The role at a glance
You will be the primary point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of clients. They will rely on you to challenge their thinking, understand their business, and deliver high-impact results across Growth Strategy, Content, HubSpot, and Performance Marketing.
Your core responsibilities
- Growth strategy initiatives: Lead end-to-end strategy processes and workshops (from scoping to final presentation). You'll map out ABM, websites, buyer journeys, tech implementation, and secure total alignment between your clients' sales and marketing teams.
- Client management and execution: Act as the day-to-day project manager for complex clients and key stakeholders. You will coordinate HubSpot/tech implementations with paid media and content efforts to ensure seamless execution.
- Commercial growth and sales: Partner with colleagues in the sales process—leading solution meetings, crafting bespoke pitch materials (audits), and identifying organic upselling opportunities within your portfolio.
- Thought leadership and mentorship: Stay ahead of B2B trends to inspire our clients. Internally, you will coach and mentor colleagues within your core areas of expertise.
- Product development: Contribute to optimizing and scaling Helion’s core service offerings and delivery frameworks.
What we are looking for
We imagine you have a curious, growth-oriented mindset and match most of the following:
- 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, growth strategy, and project management (experience with SaaS companies is a major plus).
- Full professional fluency in both Danish and English (written and spoken).
- Expert-level HubSpot knowledge, ideally backed by relevant certifications.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience supervising content production and performance marketing.
- A natural relationship builder who is comfortable advising and challenging stakeholders.
- Proximity to Copenhagen, with the desire to be physically present at our vibrant office in Østerbro.
