Location: Aarhus (Hybrid/In-office)
Position: Full-time
Do you get a small, slightly nerdy kick out of working out why a conversion stopped firing three weeks ago and nobody noticed?
At Helion B2B, we don't just "run ads" for our clients. We build data-driven growth engines for some of the most ambitious B2B companies in Europe. But an engine is only as good as its sensors. That's where you come in.
You won't just keep the engine running. You'll help build it.
You will join our tracking team in Aarhus and collaborate closely with our Tracking Lead. Right from the start, you will take ownership of key responsibilities, benefit from direct mentorship, and help shape our tracking methodology. We maintain high standards, but we welcome fresh perspectives; if you see a smarter, more efficient way to solve a problem, we'd rather hear about it in week 2 than year 2.
In this role, you will manage end-to-end tracking projects for real clients. Your main tasks will include setting up web and server-side tracking, configuring multi-market Google Tag Manager containers, implementing consent management solutions, conducting QA testing, troubleshooting data discrepancies, and creating robust measurement plans that align with business goals.
While you will build new configurations from scratch, a major focus will be auditing and optimizing existing setups to ensure accurate, high-quality data. As you gain familiarity with our workflow, your ownership over client accounts will naturally expand.
Your playground
- Google Tag Manager: web containers from day one, server-side (sGTM) as you grow into it.
- GA4: event design, debugging, and making sure the numbers actually mean something.
- HubSpot: we're an Elite HubSpot partner, so tracking data and CRM data have to meet properly.
- Consent management: Cookiebot and Cookie Information, Consent Mode, and the GDPR reality behind them.
- Data Studio: turning all of the above into something a client can read and act on.
- AI-assisted tracking: we're actively building agent-supported auditing, monitoring, and insight workflows. You'll use them, break them, and help shape where they go next.
What you need on day 1
- You can build and debug tags, triggers, and variables in a web GTM container on your own. Preview mode and Tag Assistant are familiar territory.
- You're a finisher. "Done" means tested and verified, not deployed.
- You think for yourself. When you hit a wall, you research, test, and come back with a proposal rather than waiting for instructions.
- You're curious about where AI is taking this field. You don't need experience with it. You need to want to poke at it.
- Somewhere around 3 to 5 years of hands-on tracking experience, from an agency or in-house, is the usual shape. It's a guide, not a gate.
What you'll learn here
Server-side GTM and Conversions API. Consent Mode in depth. HubSpot data flows. BigQuery. Multi-market container architecture. B2B lead cycles, and why they make tracking a harder problem than e-commerce.
Experience with any of these is an advantage. None of them are requirements.
The practical bits
- Where: our Aarhus office, with a minimum of three days a week on site.
- Language: we work in English. Danish is an advantage, not a requirement.
- Right to work: you must already hold the right to work in Denmark: EU/EEA citizenship, or a valid Danish work and residence permit.
- Everyday life: lunch scheme and flexible hours. We care that the work gets done, not that you are at your desk at 08:30.
- Pension and insurance: company-paid pension and health insurance (sundhedsforsikring).
- Growing possibilities: we do back training and certifications, and you'll have a lead who would rather you learned something new than closed one more ticket.
- The social side: Friday bar, summer party, 'julefrokost' and a yearly off-site. If you're new to Denmark, ask about the 'julefrokost'.
Earlier in your career than the above, but the rest of this sounds like you? Apply anyway and tell us where you're at. We'd rather shape the level around the right person than miss them.
