Helion B2B is a diverse, energetic B2B marketing agency founded in Copenhagen in 2021. We help B2B companies with strategic lead generation and engage with their business as if it was our own. As a Senior HubSpot Specialist at Helion B2B, you own a portfolio of clients and lead complex HubSpot projects end-to-end across hubs, onboarding, migrations, integrations, and solution design. You act as a trusted advisor on RevOps processes and surrounding tech, collaborate closely with client strategists, content, and performance, and help raise the bar by mentoring junior specialists.

As a Search & AI Visibility Specialist at Helion B2B, you run paid search for a portfolio of B2B clients while owning our technical AEO track – structured data strategy, LLM visibility audits, and agentic readiness. You track how clients show up in AI answer engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and AI Overviews, and turn that into prioritized roadmaps clients can act on. You collaborate closely with Content and Tech to bring those roadmaps to life, and as demand shifts, so does your time – deliberately, toward AEO.

As a Senior Client Strategist at Helion B2B, you own a portfolio of clients and lead end to end growth strategy from workshops and ABM to buyer journeys and tech alignment. You act as the day to day project manager across HubSpot, content, and performance, and partner with sales on solution meetings and upselling. You stay close to B2B trends, mentor colleagues in your core areas, and help shape Helion's service offerings as they scale.
